What if junior and high schools abolished grades? Education and personal growth are the keys
Aren't you afraid that it would reduce productivity & motivation? And don't you think that it would create a massive shock when they first meet a selection process, to enter College for instance?
I get your points which are both correct, but I believe that productivity and motivation can be stimulated in different ways than grades. With reference to selection processes, they will be required to perform as better as possible, not just better than o
I do like it. I guess what you're saying in "as better as possible" is that they would be grades but each student would only see how they've performed relatively to.previous tests. That way, they can't compare in absolute terms with each other, no ranking
Personnally, grades never motivated me, I was like the only thing I need is to fit in. I think project and realisation are better than grades to motivate and increase productivity.
